Kicha and Lauren made Cheese Rice Balls
Turn the leftover rice into yummy and delicious Cheese rice balls made with Corn and cheese.
In a bowl add cooked rice (Left over)
Add mashed corn (cooked)
Grated mozzarella cheese,
Pepper and salt
Coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies
And mix it well.
Once the white sauce is cool add that to the Rice bowel
Mix it well
Roll it to small balls
Roll the balls in bread crumbs
And fry it in medium heat
